New disciplinary sentences issued for student activists in Babol; Babol University official bans student association

In the beginning of the new academic year, the Disciplinary Committee of the Science and Technology University of Babol has issued sentences for a number of student activists in this university. These sentences were announced to the students without them being summoned to the Disciplinary Committee a few days before universities opened for the new academic year.

According to reports, the Disciplinary Committee suspended five students for one semester and sentenced 12 others to suspended suspensions for one semester or a written reprimand in their files.

Also Dr. Sheikhol Islami, the head of the Science and Technology University of Babol dissolved the Islamic Association of Students in this university according to a new verdict and announced that its activities were illegal. (Daneshju News – Sep. 25, 2010)

 

Iran hangs minor offender in secret

On July 10, Iran secretly executed a young man who had committed a crime at the age of 15. The execution of this young man, Mohammad, was not announced from before by the judiciary.

Mohammad was swiftly executed without the knowledge of his family in the Morordasht Prison in Shiraz.

No news on 15 year old boy one year after arrest

One year after the temporary arrest of Mohammad Saber Malek Reiesi, there has been no news of his fate for four months.

According to reports, Mohammad, 15, who is from the town of Sarbaz and was arrested because his brother was charged with having communications and cooperating with the armed Baluch opposition, has not contacted or talked to his family for 4 months.

Mohammad was arrested on September 24, 2009 in Chabahar along with his two brothers and after security and intelligence forces raided his home, they threatened his family that if they did not hand over his third brother, they would execute all three sons.

Four months after their arrest, two of his brothers were released but 15 year old Mohammad was held as a hostage in prison and in telephone call to his family, he was forced to say that he would soon be executed.

His family has gone to the intelligence agency, prison and revolutionary court several times in the last four months but was prevented from visiting their son in prison. This has led to serious concerns over him still being alive.

Mohammad has been subjected to pressure and torture to confess on TV and introduce himself and his brother as members of the Jondollah group. (Human Rights Activists in Iran – Sep. 25, 2010) 

 

Security forces beat students at Free Rasht University

At the start of the new academic year and on the first day of the opening of the Free Rasht University, the university security prevented male students with t-shirts and female students with what they called unsuitable covering from entering the university without prior notice and beat students who objected and protested this issue on orders of the university Protection Department.

According to student sources, the actions of the university security forces led students to gather outside the entrance of this university I protest but security forces beat them with the intent of dispersing them and prevented them from entering the university. (Jaras Website – Sep. 25, 2010)

صدور احکام انضباطي جديد براي فعالين دانشجويي و پلمپ تشکل هاي دانشجويي دانشگاه علوم و فنون بابل

در آغاز سال تحصيلي جديد، کميته انضباطي دانشگاه علوم و فنون بابل براي چند تن از فعالين دانشجويي اين دانشگاه احکام مختلف انضباطي صادر کرده است. اين احکام بدون احضار به کميته انضباطي و چند روز پيش از آغاز سال تحصيلي جديد به آنان ابلاغ شده است.

به گزارش دانشجونيوز کميته انضباطي دانشگاه علوم و فنون بابل طي احکامي ۵ فعال دانشجويي اين دانشگاه را هر يک به يک ترم تعليق با احتساب سنوات و ۱۲ تن ديگر از فعالين دانشجويي اين دانشگاه را به يک ترم تعليق به صورت معلق تا پايان دوران تحصيلي و توبيخ کتبي با درج در پرونده محکوم کرد.

يک نوجوان بزهکار مخفيانه اعدام شد

 روز نوزدهم تير ماه بدون اينکه مراجع قضايي در شيراز خبر اعدام پسري را که در سن 15 سالگي مرتکب جرم شده بود را از پيش اعلام نمايند به صورت پنهان وي را که نامش محمد بود را برخلاف ماده 37 کنوانسيون حقوق کودک که به تصويب مجلس شوراي اسلامي رسيده و شوراي نگهبان نيز تاييد کرده است، به دار آويختند...

محمد در 19 تير ماه به سرعت و بدون اطلاع به خانواده اش،  در زندان مرودشت شيراز به دار آويخته مي شود.

سرنوشت نوجوان بلوچ در هاله اي از ابهام / گروگانگيري يکساله دستگاه اطلاعاتي در بلوچستان

با گذشت يک سال از بازداشت موقت محمد صابر ملک رئيسي بيش از 4 ماه است که از سرنوشت وي خبر در دست نيست.

بنا به اطلاع گزارشگران هرانا، محمد صابر ملك ريسي فرزند مولوي داد رحمان سربازي، 15 ساله و اهل شهرستان سرباز، به اتهام ارتباط و همکاري برادر نامبرده با اپوزيسيون مسلح بلوچ بيش از 4 ماه است که با خانواده خود تماس و يا ملاقاتي نداشته است.

محمد صابر ملک رئيسي به همراه دو برادرش پنج شنبه مورخ دوم مهر 88 در چابهار بازداشت شد و پس از يورش ماموران اطلاعاتي و امنيتي به منزل پدري ايشان ضمن تفتيش منزل خانواده وي را تهديد کردند که در صورت عدم تحويل برادر سوم وي هر سه فرزندتان را اعدام خواهيم کرد.

پس از گذشت 4 ماه از بازداشت ايشان دو برادر بزرگتر وي آزاد شدند اما محمد صابر ۱۵ ساله را در زندان گروگان نگه داشته  و طي تماس تلفني اجباري از وي مي خواهند که به خانواده اش بگويد بزودي اعدام خواهد شد.

خانواده در طي چهار ماه گذشته بارها به اداره اطلاعات، زندان و دادگاه انقلاب مراجعه نموده که هر بار از ملاقات آنها جلوگيري شده است و اين موضوع به شدت نگراني هاي را در خصوص زنده بودن وي بهمراه داشته است.

گفتني است نامبرده براي اعتراف تلويزيوني جهت معرفي خود و برادرش به عنوان يکي از اعضاي جندالله تحت فشار و شکنجه هاي جسمي قرار داشته است. (هرانا – 3/7/89)

ضرب و شتم دانشجويان دانشگاه آزاد رشت توسط انتظامات و ماموران حراست

همزمان با آغاز سال تحصيلي دانشگاه ها و در اولين روز بازگشايي دانشگاه آزاد رشت، انتظامات آن دانشگاه به دستور حراست – و بدون اطلاع رساني قبلي – از ورود دانشجويان پسري كه لباس هاي آستين كوتاه بر تن داشتند و دانشجويان دختري که به گفته مسئولان حراست پوشش نامناسب داشتند، ممانعت به عمل آورده و دانشجويان معترض به اين امر را، مورد ضرب و شتم قرار دادند.

به گزارش منابع خبري دانشجويي، برخوردهاي انتظامات دانشگاه، موجب شد که تعداد بسيار زيادي از دانشجويان در مقابل در ورودي دانشگاه، معترضانه دست به تجمع بزنند، که انتظامات با ضرب و شتم، اقدام به پراکنده کردن آن ها و جلوگيري از ورودشان نمود. (جرس – 3/7/89)

Iran hanged on Monday two men convicted of drug trafficking and another found guilty of murder, in a prison in the southwestern city of Ahvaz, Fars news agency reported.

The men were only identified in the report by their initials as A. Gh., S.F., Gh. J. (AFP - Sept 20, 2010)

 

Iran hangs three in Yazd: report

Iran has hanged three men who were found guilty of drug trafficking, in a prison in the central city of Yazd, ISNA news agency reported on Tuesday.

Prisoner executed in Zahedan Prison

On Sunday, September 19, a man was executed in Zahedan Prison on charges of murder.

According to the official website of the Sistan and Baluchistan Judiciary, on the dawn of September 19, a prisoner identified as Keshvar Gorgi was hanged in Zahedan Prison.

According to this report, he was sentenced to death after being convicted of murdering a 6 year old girl named Narjis. This charge has not been confirmed by any independent sources. (Human Rights Activists in Iran – Sep. 21, 2010)

According to reports from Iran, two people were hanged in Kerman and Isfahan.

The state-run Kayhan daily wrote today that a person was executed in the town of Aran & Bidgol in Isfahan. According to this report, this person (name unknown) was convicted of carrying and possessing narcotics.

According to another report in the official website of the Kerman Judiciary, Majid Sh. who was arrested in 2007 and was sentenced to death by the Kerman Penal Court was executed after his sentence was upheld by the Supreme Court and the head of the judiciary. (Iran Human Rights – Sep. 22, 2010)

According to reports, the death sentence of three prisoners in the Central Isfahan Prison in Dastgerd was carried out.

On Tuesday, September 21, three prisoners from cellblock 3 in this prison who have been awaiting their death sentence for years were executed. These prisoners were Alireza Baqeri, Mohsen Goudarzi and Rasoul Mir Safa. They were all under 30 years old and were sentenced to death on narcotics charges. Iran has hanged a man convicted of rape in a prison in the southern city of Kerman, the ISNA news agency reported on Friday.

Iran kills another young man under torture

Naser Alizadeh, a Kurd man from a village in Salmas who was arrested last Monday along with a number of other people by security forces, died after being tortured.

He had gone to the border for mountain climbing with a number of other people last Monday when he was arrested by security forces.

Naser Alizadeh passed away on Thursday September 16 under severe torture by security forces and his body was handed to his family for burial on Friday.

Notably, regime forces have threatened his family that they cannot hold a mourning ceremony for him.

ACanadian-Iranian blogger credited with starting the blogging movement in Iran faces the death penalty over his writings, two watchdog groups said Thursday.

Hossein Derakhshan was arrested after returning to Iran in November 2008 and charged with 'collaborating with enemy states, creating propaganda against the Islamic regime, insulting religious sanctity, and creating propaganda for anti-revolutionary groups,' said Canadian journalists for free expression (CJFE) and pen Canada.

According to the two organizations, prosecutors are now calling for Derakhshan to face the death penalty after he was convicted by Tehran’s revolutionary court earlier this year.

News of the sentencing request started filtering out on social media sites on Monday, and the CJFE and pen said they confirmed the reports with his family.

‘The proposed sentence is a travesty,' said CJFE president Arnold amber, calling on the Canadian government to intervene.

‘Action must be taken right away because in Iran there is not necessarily a lengthy period before executions can be carried out. We are very concerned,' he added…

Derakhshan is the third Canadian journalist to be arrested in Iran in recent years. In July 2003, Canadian-Iranian photojournalist Zahra Kazemi died in prison and Newsweek correspondent Maziarbahari was briefly detained earlier this year. (AFP – Sep. 23, 2010)

On the night of September 17, Abolfazl Abedini Nasr, journalist and human rights activist was severely beaten in Ahwaz Prison.

In this incident, a person named Qoldori who is prison personnel attacked Abedini and severely abused and harassed him.

According to reports, this journalist was waiting in line to use the restroom in the prison yard when this person attacked him for no reason and shackled his hands and legs to a pole in the yard of cellblock 6. He was beaten with a pipe for hours.

Jailed teacher in critical condition in prison denied treatment

Death row political prisoner Abdolreza Qanbari is suffering from bleeding in his kidney and is in poor physical condition.

Despite his constant moaning at night, prison officials pay no attention to his condition and refuse to give him treatment.

Qanbari was arrested after Ashura events (December 27, 2009) and was sentenced to death on charges of having links to the PMOI by the 15^th branch of the Revolutionary Court headed by Qazi Salavati. This sentence was upheld by the 36^th branch of the court of review headed by Judge Zargar and was announced to the Sentence Implementation Department.

This teacher has said that the charges against him were baseless. His wife who is also a teacher has been constantly threatened by the Ministry of Intelligence that she would be fired. Qanbari is currently in cellblock 350 in Evin Prison. Sahel Qanbari, his daughter is in bad spirits after hearing of her father’s death sentence.

His family did not give any interviews to the media regarding the condition of this political prisoner because of pressures from the Ministry of Intelligence. (Rouz Website – Sep. 22, 2010)

اجراي حکم اعدام يک زنداني در زاهدان

روز يک شنبه 28 شهريور ماه يک مرد در زندان زاهدان به جرم قتل اعدام شد.

به گزارش سايت رسمي دادگستري سيستان و بلوچستان بامداد يکشنبه ۲۸ شهريور ماه يک زنداني بنام "کشور گرگ" در زندان زاهدان به دار آويخته شد.

بنا به اين گزارش اين فرد به اتهام قتل يک دختر ۶ ساله به نام نرجس به اعدام محکوم شده بود. اين اتهام توسط هيچ منبع مستقلي تائيد نگشته است. (هرانا – 30/6/89)

اعدام دو نفر در استانهاي کرمان و اصفهان

بنا به گزارشهاي رسيده از ايران دو نفر در استانهاي کرمان و اصفهان به دار آويخته شدند.

روزنامه حکومتي کيهان در شماره امروز خود از اعدام يک نفر در شهرستان آران و بيدگل استان اصفهان خبر داد. بنا به اين گزارش اتهام اين فرد (نام نا مشخص ) حمل و نگهداري مواد افيوني ذکر شده است.

همچنين به گزارش امروز سايت ارسمي دادگستري کرمان حکم اعدام محکوم مجيد – ش که در سال ۸۶ دستگير ودر دادگاه کيفري استان به اعدام

سه شنبه 30 شهريور ماه 3 زنداني از بند 3 زندان مرکزي اصفهان که چند سال در انتظار اجراي حکم اعدام بسر مي بردند اعدام شدند. اسامي زندانياني که روز سه شنبه حکم ضد بشري اعدام آنها به اجرا گذاشته شد به قرار زير مي باشند؛

گزارش: ايران يك مرد را اعدام مىكند

خبرگزارى ايسنا روز جمعه گزارش كرد كه ايران يك مرد متهم به تجاوز را در زندانى در شهر جنوبى كرمان به داو آويخت.

مرگ جوان کرد بر اثر شکنجه مزدوران رژيم ايران   

ناصر عليزاده جوان کرد اهل روستاي "کوره ره‌ش" واقع در منطقه‌ي سلماس روز دوشنبه هفته‌ي گذشته که به همراه چند نفر ديگر توسط نيروهاي رژيم بازداشت شده بود، به علت شکنجه شديد جان خود را از دست داد.

خبرگزاري کردستان با انتشار اين خبر اعلام کرد: نامبرده به همراه چند جوان ديگر روز دوشنبه گذشته به هدف کوهنوردي به يک منطقه‌ي مرزي مراجعه که توسط نيروهاي نظامي رژيم دستگير شدند.

ناصر عليزاده يکي از بازداشت‌شدگان، روز پنجشنبه 25 شهريورماه تحت شکنجه‌هاي شديد نيروهاي نظامي رژيم جان خود را از دست داده و جنازه وي روز جمعه به خانواده‌اش تحويل داده شد.

شايان ذکر است که نيروهاي رژيم خانواده ناصر عليزاده را مورد تهديد قرار داده، مبني بر اينکه از برگزراي مراسم ختم براي فرزندشان خودداري نمايند.

ناصر عليزاده در تهران سرباز بوده و جهت مرخصي به روستاي خود مراجعه نموده بود که به اتهام همکاري با يکي از احزاب کرد مخالف رژيم بازداشت شد. (خبرگزاري كردستان – 29/6/89)

يك شهروند كانادايي ايراني تبار از بابت شروع جنبش بلاگنويسي در ايران اعتبار آن را به خود اختصاص داد. دو گروه ديدبان روز پنجشنبه گفتند كه وي به خاطر نوشتههاي با حكم اعدام روبرو خواهد بود.

يك روزنامهنويس كانادايي براي ارگان سي.جي.اف.ئي (آزادي بيان و قلم), حسين درخشان در نوامبر 2008 بعد از برگشتن به ايران دستگير شد و به “همكاري با كشورهاي دشمن, ايجاد تبليغات سوء عليه جمهوري اسلامي, توهين به مقدسات ديني, و تبليغات براي گروههاي مخالف انقلاب متهم شده است…

درخشان سومين روزنامهنگاري است كه طي سالهاي اخير در ايران دستگير شده است. در ژوئيه 2003, زهرا كاظمي خبرنگار آمريكايي ايراني تبار در زندان به هلاكت رسيد, و مازيار بهاري مخبر نيوزويك اوايل سال جاري به مدت كوتاهي در اسارت بود. (خبرگزارى فرانسه - 2/6/89)

ابوالفضل عابديني مورد ضرب و شتم وحشيانه قرار گرفت

شب گذشته، مورخ بيست و ششم شهريور ماه، ابوالفضل عابديني نصر خبرنگار و فعال حقوق بشر، در زندان کارون اهواز به بدترين شکل مورد ضرب و شتم قرار گرفت

بنا به اطلاع گزارشگران هرانا، در اين حادثه شخصي به نام "قلندري" از پرسنل اين زندان به ابوالفضل عابديني حمله ور شد و وي را به شدت مورد آزار و اذيت جسمي قرار داد.

ابوالفضل عابديني در حياط بند شش براي استفاده از سرويس بهداشتي به حالت انتظار بود که اين فرد بدون هيچ دليلي به وي حمله کرد و دست و پاي اين خبرنگار را به وسيله دست بند و پا بند به ميله اي در حياط بند شش بسته و ساعت ها به وسيله لوله سبز وي را کتک مي زد.

شدت ضربات وارده به حدي است که دست و پاي عابديني کاملا سياه و کبود شده اين در حاليست که هيچ يک از مسولين زندان کارون پاسخ گوي وي نمي باشد.

شايان ذکر است که ابوالفضل عابديني به يازده سال زندان محکوم و به شدت از ناراحتي قلبي رنج مي برد. (هرانا- 27/6/89)

 

وضعيت وخيم عبدالرضا قنبري زنداني محکوم به اعدام

عبدالرضا قنبري، زنداني سياسي محکوم به اعدام، دچار خونريزي در ناحيه کليه شده و در شرايط جسماني بدي به سر مي برد.

به گزارش روز، علي رغم ناله هاي ممتد و شبانه ي اين زنداني، مسئولين زندان به وضع وي بي توجهي ميکنند و از اعزام او براي درمان سرباز ميزنند.

قنبري پس از حوادث روز عاشورا بازداشت و به اتهام ارتباط با سازمان مجاهدين خلق در شعبه 15 دادگاه انقلاب به رياست قاضي صلواتي به اعدام محکوم شد. اين حکم در شعبه 36 دادگاه تجديد نظر توسط قاضي زرگر تاييد و به دايره اجراي احکام ابلاغ شده است.

 او که به شغل آموزگاري اشتغال داشته، اتهامات وارده را بي اساس دانسته است. همسر اين زنداني سياسي نيز که به شغل آموزگاري اشتغال دارد، به صورت مستمر از سوي وزارت اطلاعات به اخراج از محل کار تهديد مي شود.قنبري در حاضر در بند 350 زندان اوين است.

ساحل قنبري، دخترعبدرالرضا قنبري هم که از حکم اعدام پدر خبر دارد به گفته نزديکان اين معلم زنداني، در وضعيت روحي بدي به سر مي برد.

خانواده آقاي قنبري به دليل فشارهاي شديد وزارت اطلاعات تاکنون از اطلاع رساني و مصاحبه در خصوص وضعيت اين زنداني سياسي پرهيز کرده اند. (سايت روز – 31/6/89)

Iran executes 2 in Kerman and Isfahan

According to reports from Iran, two people were hanged in Kerman and Isfahan.

The state-run Kayhan daily wrote today that a person was executed in the town of Aran & Bidgol in Isfahan. According to this report, this person (name unknown) was convicted of carrying and possessing narcotics.

According to another report in the official website of the Kerman Judiciary, Majid Sh. who was arrested in 2007 and was sentenced to death by the Kerman Penal Court was executed after his sentence was upheld by the Supreme Court and the head of the judiciary. (Iran Human Rights – Sep. 22, 2010)

 

Iran hangs 3 prisoners in Isfahan Central Prison

According to reports, the death sentence of three prisoners in the Central Isfahan Prison in Dastgerd was carried out.

On Tuesday, September 21, three prisoners from cellblock 3 in this prison who have been awaiting their death sentence for years were executed. These prisoners were Alireza Baqeri, Mohsen Goudarzi and Rasoul Mir Safa. They were all under 30 years old and were sentenced to death on narcotics charges. Plainclothes agents attack and beat Dervish

Ali Moravi, a Neimatollahi Dervish in Gonabad was attacked and beaten by a number of masked plainclothes agents.

According to reports at about 11 pm on September 21, while Moravi was on his way home he was attacked and beaten by plainclothes agents armed with knives and (pepper) spray.

Ali Moravi is the elder brother of Mohammad Moravi who was arrested some time ago on orders of the Gonabad Prosecutor. His hair was shaved off and this led a large number of Gonabad Dervishes especially in Bidokht to rise in support and solidarity with him to shave off their hair in protest to the illegal measures of the Gonabad Prosecutor. اعدام دو نفر در استانهاي کرمان و اصفهان

بنا به گزارشهاي رسيده از ايران دو نفر در استانهاي کرمان و اصفهان به دار آويخته شدند.

روزنامه حکومتي کيهان در شماره امروز خود از اعدام يک نفر در شهرستان آران و بيدگل استان اصفهان خبر داد. بنا به اين گزارش اتهام اين فرد (نام نامشخص ) حمل و نگهداري مواد افيوني ذکر شده است.

همچنين به گزارش امروز سايت رسمي دادگستري کرمان حکم اعدام محکوم مجيد – ش که در سال ۸۶ دستگير ودر دادگاه کيفري استان به اعدام محکوم شده بود ، پس از تاييد ديوانعالي کشور وبا اذن رياست قوه قضاييه ، در زندان مرکزي کرمان به مرحله اجرا درآمد. (حقوق بشر ايران – 31/6/89)

اعدام 3 زنداني در زندان مرکزي اصفهان

بنابه گزارشات رسيده به "فعالين حقوق بشر و دمکراسي در ايران"حکم ضد بشري اعدام 3 زنداني در زندان مرکزي اصفهان (دستگرد) به اجرا گذاشته شد.

سه شنبه 30 شهريور ماه 3 زنداني از بند 3 زندان مرکزي اصفهان که چند سال در انتظار اجراي حکم اعدام بسر مي بردند اعدام شدند. اسامي زندانياني که روز سه شنبه حکم ضد بشري اعدام آنها به اجرا گذاشته شد به قرار زير مي باشند؛

1- عليرضا باقري 2- محسن گودرزي 3- رسول مير صفا مي باشند.سنين زندايناني که اعدام شدند زير 30 سال مي باشد اين سه زنداني به اتهام داشتن مواد مخدر اعدام شده اند

حمله لباس شخصي‌ها به يک درويش گنابادي

علي مروي از دراويش سلسله نعمت اللهي گنابادي ساکن شهرستان گناباد مورد تهاجم و ضرب و شتم چند تن نقابدار لباس شخصي قرار گرفت.

به گزارش مجذوبان نور، ساعت 11 شب روز سه شنبه 30 شهريور ماه هنگاميکه مروي در حال مراجعه به منزل خود بود، مورد تهاجم و ضرب و شتم چهار نفر نقابدار لباس شخصي ، مجهز به اسلحه سرد و اسپري قرار گرفته و مجروح شد.

علي مروي برادر بزرگ محمد مروي است که چندي پيش به دستور دادستان گناباد بازداشت و موي سر وي را تراشيدند و اين امر موجب شد عده کثيري از دراويش گنابادي و خصوصاً اهالي بيدخت به حمايت از وي و همدلي با او در يک حرکت خود جوش و سراسري و در اعتراض به اقدامات غير قانوني دادستان گناباد، موي سر خويش را بتراشند. آزادی، درس اول مدرسه

 

شفق خونین رنگ صبح ،دردل عالم ناپدیدمیشد و جایش راطلیعه های خورشید تابان با گرمای هستی بخش میگرفت.

بادپاییزی نوید بازشدن مدرسه ها رامیداد و ریزش برگهای زرد درختان زمزمه تحصیل علم و دانش درگوش بچه ها ی بازیگوش میکرد.

یک ساعت دیگر مدارس بازمیشدند . آقا معلم درراه مدرسه به این فکربود که درس اول را ازکجا وچگونه آغازکند.

بایادی از امیرکبیر بزرگ ،بنیانگذار مدرسه دارالفنون که هرسال زنگ مدرسه  ها به یادش بصدا درمی آمدند و آوای علم و دانش و آگاهی درسراسر ایران میدادند و یا با یادی از میرزاکوچک خان ،مصدق و صمد بهرنگی معلمان بزرک راه آزادی؟

درسراشیبی  های افکارش غوطه میخورد که نگاهش به دختربچه هایی افتاد با روپوشهای بلند  و مقنعه های سورمه ای .روپوشها اکثرآ کهنه بودند ،همینطور کیفها و کفشها رنگ و روی تازه ای نداشتند. اکثر صورتها تکیده و چهره ها رنگ پریده بودند. نگاههای نگران ومضطرب ،چشمهای معصوم ومنتظر ودلهایی پر امید.

آقا معلم زمانی را به خاطر آورد که  او به مدرسه  میرفت. اکثر بچه ها لباسهاو کیف وکفشهای نو داشتند. چهرها ی شاد وخندان وبندر ت غمگین بودند.

لیوانهای آبخوری سه رنگ پرچم که تا میشدند ودرکیف جای میگرفتند . خط کشهاو خودکارومداد ودفترهای نو و آروزی یک سال پر از موفقیت ...

کتابها ی جلد شده و آماده ....

برادرش رابیاد آوردکه اول مهر همیشه با هم به مدرسه میرفتند. برادرش احمد ،بسیار مهربان بود . سالی را به خاطر آوردکه اولین باربدون برادرش به مدرسه رفته بود زیراکه احمد سال اول  دانشگاه راشروع کرده بود.پس از چند ماهی که ازشروع درس میگذشت ،ساواک شاه او را به جرم شرکت درتظاهرات دانشجویی و مخل مصالح مملکت ،با عده ای دیگر دستگیر کرد و او پس از چندی هرگز برادرش راندید.

آهی که معلم کشید درفضای شهر به بلندی ها رسید وغمی که بردلش مانده بود ،هنوز تازگی روزاول راداشت.

ازچهارراهی عبورکرد.سیل مردم درتلاطم رفت وآمد بود.

چشمش به پسر بچه ای افتاد ،گوشه ای  ازدیوار روی کارتونی پاره پاره ، نشسته و درحالیکه بسته های آدامس و شکلات راجابجا میکردباصدای ضعیفی فریاد آدامس و شکلات داریم ،سر میداد.

کمی که دقت کرد ،پسرک راشناخت . بله این حسن بود .پسر باهوش ودرس خوانی که نان آورخانواده شده بود.

سال پیش رابخاطر آوردکه حسن  بعد از سه روز بی غذایی چگونه یک روز درسرکلاس درس از حال رفته بود . دوسال پیشتر پدرحسن را به بهانه ای از سرکار برده بودند و هنوز درزندان بود . پدر حسن برای معالجه همسر مریضش مقروض شده بود و نتوانسته بود بدهی اش را بپردازد.

مادربیمار او هنوز برای تآمین امرارمعاش و پرداخت بدهی از صبح تا غروب کارمیکرد ولی  هرگز این بدهی تمامی نداشت .

حسن اینها رابرای معلم تعریف کرده بود که توضیح بدهد که چرا سال آینده نمیتواند به مدرسه بیاید.

بیزاری آقا معلم از خودش که نمیتوانست کار ی کندیا اینکه نمی دانست که چه کار باید بکند  ،مانند سرمای باد پاییزی لرزه به اندامش میانداخت وقدمها از تپش قلبش فراتر می رفتند.

چشمش به اطلاعیه ای بردیوار افتاد  که حاکی از فوت ناگهانی آشنایی، بودو توجه اش را جلب کرد.دوباره به فکر فرورفت.

سال پیش چندروزی ازگشایش مدرسه ها نگذشته بود که تعدادی شخصی آمدند و همکارشان آفاق را ازمدرسه بردند .بعد ازیک هفته سوال و جواب دوباره او راخواسته بودند ولیکن این باربه خانه رفته بودند که آفاق هم با سیمهای لخت برق ،خودش را به جریان برق قوی وصل کرده بودتا داغ اسارت را بر دل آنها بگذارد...

سیلی سنگین باد پاییزی را به صورتش حس میکردومیکوشید درخیابان جلوی سرازیری اشکش رابگیردو بغضش را قورت دهد.

با نزدیک تر شدن به مدرسه ،شاگردانش رامیدید که سلام میکردند.

سرووضعشان تعریفی نداشت وشادابی تابستانی خوش درسیمایشان دیده نمیشد.

هرچه بیشتر وبیشتر میرفت از خودش دورتر میشد و با اندیشه های جدیدش صمیمی تر .براستی زنگهای مدرسه چه میگویند ؟برای چه کسی به صد ا  درمی آیند؟ آ یا زنگها میگویند بچه ها ی گرسنه بیایید فارسی وریاضی بخوانید؟یا با علم ودانش شکمهای گرسنه تان را سیرکنید ؟

یا حساب و کتاب ،شبها که گرسنه میخوابید ،برایتان شام میشود؟یا فار سی ،لباسهای کثیف و کهنه تا ن را نو میکند ؟ ومدرسه ودیوارهایش جای محبت پدرزندانی و مادر بیماررا برایتان پر میکند؟

با خوداندیشید که چگونه به ا ین کودکان جای خالی دوستانی راکه امروزدرخیابانها مشغول به دست فروشی وگدایی شده اند راتوضیح بدهد؟اعدام مردان و سنگسارزنان رادرخیابانها وکوچه ها و محله ها را چگونه توجیه کند؟اینکه تحصیل کرده ها درزندانند واعتیاد و بیکاری گریبان جوانان راگرفته را چگونه؟چطورمیتواند تضمین کند که فردا نوبت آنها نیست که پادویی کنند یا درخیابانها دستگیرشوند ویا به عزای  والدین حلق آویزشان ، بنشینند؟

آقا معلم تاریخ را درلابلای اندیشه اش ورق میزد.به زمانی میاندیشدکه امیرکبیر زنگ مدرسه را اولین باربه این امید بصدادرآوردکه روزی مردم ایران با سوادشوندوهرچه بیشتر درراه علم وصنعت قدم بردارند تا میهن آباد ومستقل داشته باشند.میرزاکوچک خان ،مصدق ،فاطمی ،ملک پورشیرازی ،صمد بهرنگی درپشت همین میزها آزادی راآموخته بودند و معلمانی شدند که جانشان رافدیه آزادی کردند.آری ،زنگهای مدرسه خبر از آزادی وصلح وپیروزی خلقهای ستمدیده میدهند که سالهاست به گوش نمیرسد.

آری ،ازپشت همین میزهاست که آزادگانی برخاستند وقلم را برزمین نهادند تا سلاح بردوش علیه شب سیاه مبارزه کنند .آنان ،معلمان راستین بشریت ،رهسپارروشنایی ها شدند ودرقلب مردم جای گرفتند.

آقا معلم تصمیم خودش را گرفته بود وحالا میدانست که درس اول را با چه آغازکند.همراه زنگ مدرسه ،ناقوس آزادی درمدرسه وطن ما  ،طنین افکند .بچه ها با هجوم به کلاسهای درس میرفتند وبهم تنه میزدندومعلوم نبود که چرا عجله دارند وازهم سبقت میگیرند.

درکلاس درس آقا معلم منتظر بود .نگاهی به چهره های پاک ومعصوم شاگردان انداخت . نفسش را که درسینه حبس کرده بود،بیرون داد.باعزمی راسخ و نگاهی متفکرانه وقلبی پراز عشق وامید بر تخته سیاه با گچی سفید نوشت :

درس اول :

 

بچه ها ساکت با چشمانی  کنجکاو حرکت دست آقا معلم را دنبال میکردند ،

آزادی

 

سپس معلم شعری از فرخی یزدی خواند :

تپیدنهای دلها ناله شد آهسته آهسته

رساتر گرشود این ناله ها فریا د میگردد.

شروع سال تحصیلی را به بچه ها تبریک گفت .لحظه ای سکوت ، تمامی کلاس و قلب شاگردان را تسخیرکرده بود.

آنگاه همگی نگاهشان را به خورشید بیرون از پنجره دوختند که بر سراسر ایران طلیعه گسترد ه بود.

Iran hangs three in Yazd: report

Iran has hanged three men who were found guilty of drug trafficking, in a prison in the central city of Yazd, ISNA news agency reported on Tuesday.

The report did not say when the executions were carried out. (AFP - Sept 21, 2010)

 

Prisoner executed in Zahedan Prison

On Sunday, September 19, a man was executed in Zahedan Prison on charges of murder.

According to the official website of the Sistan and Baluchistan Judiciary, on the dawn of September 19, a prisoner identified as Keshvar Gorgi was hanged in Zahedan Prison.

According to this report, he was sentenced to death after being convicted of murdering a 6 year old girl named Narjis. This charge has not been confirmed by any independent sources. (Human Rights Activists in Iran – Sep. 21, 2010)

Iran sentences student to two years of prison for political activities

Farshad Dousti Pour, a Kurd student at Bu-Ali Sina University in Hamedan was sentenced to two years of prison by the Revolutionary Court.

According to reports, this student activist who was arrested in 2007 for participating in a student day ceremony and was detained for two months in cellblock 209 In Evin Prison, was sentenced to two years of prison on charges of committing crimes against the security of the country, propagating against the Islamic Republic by the 28^th branch of the Revolutionary Court headed by judge Moqiseh. Five year prison term for journalist upheld by court of review

The five year prison sentence for Mehdi Mahmoudian, a member of the Participation Front, was upheld in the court of review.

According to reports, the sentence for Mahmoudian who is currently in Rajayi Shahr (Gohardasht) Prison in Karaj was announced to his lawyer. This journalist was arrested on September 16, 2009 during post-election events and after the Kahrizak Detention Center incident (in which a number of political prisoners were killed under torture) and from then on he has not even been granted a one day leave from prison.

This political prisoner played an important part in shedding light on the crimes committed in the Kahrizak Detention Center and published 70 names of post election slain protesters. He also played an important part in the publishing of a film showing the secret group burial of slain protesters in section 302 in Behesht Zahra Cemetery. (Jaras Website – Sep. 21, 2010)

 

 

 

Human rights journalist sentenced to 6 years of prison

Emaddin Baqi, journalist and human rights activist in Iran was sentenced to another six years of prison and five years of limitations after serving four years and a half of prison.

Baqi was sentenced to six years of prison in a case over his interview with the late Ayatollah Montazeri. His interview was broadcasted in January from the BBC. His trial was held on August 17, 2010 headed by Pir Abbasi. Baqi was charged with propagating against the government and assembling and conspiring to disrupt the security of the country in this case.
